A noun is simply a name. We generally classify nouns into four main categories. Click the cards below to see examples!

Nouns are also split by whether you can touch them or not. Concrete Nouns: You can see, touch, smell, hear, or taste them. Abstract Nouns: Ideas, feelings, or qualities you can't physically touch.
